Presbyterian Women

Presbyterian Women is an entity of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Part of its purpose is to support the mission of the church worldwide. Presbyterian Women is part of the Women’s Ministries Program Area of the National Ministries Division. However, Presbyterian Women determines its own leadership, program, and budget.

All women of Eastminster are Presbyterian Women! Active members meet monthly in circles for fellowship and Bible study. Our Bible study "year" runs September through May.

The 2008-2009 Horizons Bible Study is "Jubilee! Luke's Gospel for the Poor" by Dale Lindsay Morgan

What is a Circle?

Presbyterian Women in the Congregation (PWC) is organized into small groups, called circles, that meet regularly to provide an inclusive, caring community of women. Circles are an integral part of Presbyterian Women (PW) and members are encouraged to use Presbyterian Women resources to strengthen and enrich the community of faith.

Circles of Eastminster:

Evening Stars Circle- This circle meets the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Church Parlor.

Circle of Blessings- This circle meets the second Wednesday of each month at 9:30 am in members’ homes.

Circle of Love and Friendship- This circle meets the second Tuesday of the month at 10:00 am in the Church Parlor.
