With Love - Valentine Boxes
Eastminster wishes to demonstrate how deeply we care for our college students, young adult missionaries and seminarians with Valentine's Day boxes filled with numerous surprises. Donations of candy, granola bars, microwave popcorn, cocoa mix, cheese and/or peanut butter crackers, pencils, pens, post it notes, highlighters, index cards, etc. are requested. Please bring them no later than Sunday, February 5 and deposit them in designated containers located in the narthex, church office, and preschool entrance. We will pack 50 shoe boxes on Wednesday, February 8 at 9:30 a.m. Please come and assist if you are available.

Caring Tree
The 2011 "Caring Tree" in a nutshell: EXCEPTIONAL!!! Each year our "Caring Tree" project seems to take on a life of its own. We have learned from past experiences to expect the unexpected. This year was no different. God has blessed Eastminster with people who give generously with their time, talents, and finances. We served 126 individuals (nursing home residents, family members, and even two infants to be born in January and March). Our gym was filled with numerous volunteers interacting with one another joyfully serving others by wrapping, sorting, packing, preparing lunch, and delivering gifts. Once again, thank you for reaching out to the families in our community and bringing the light of God's love into their lives this Christmas season. Outreach Committee
