Summer Care

Summer Care 2011

(Open to children who have completed Pre-Kindergarten through those entering sixth grade)

Summer care begins Monday, May 23 and will end Friday, August 5.

Tuition is $140.00 per week for one child and $130.00 for any additional children from the same family. Tuition covers the cost of breakfast, an afternoon snack, transportation and *most field trips

There is a one-time non-refundable activity fee of $75.00 per child. The activity fee will pay for your child's season pass to Stone Mountain Park (which you will receive at the end of the summer) and one (1) camp T-shirt. Families who already have passes to Stone Mountain and wish to receive a reduced activity fee will need to consult the director.

Regular camp hours: 8:00 am until 6:00 pm An additional fee will be charged for children picked up later than 6:00 pm.

A $15.00 deposit is required for each of your reserved weeks and must be paid when registering. Your $15.00 deposit will be deducted from your tuition the week it is due. Families are responsible for full payment of their reserved weeks unless written notice is given two weeks in advance of services.
Deposits are nonrefundable

· 2 Boxes of cereal
· 2 Cans of fruit
· 1 large bottle of juice (no sodas)
· 1 bottle of sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) Lotion not spray

No registrations will be accepted without the registration fee and weekly deposits.
*Parents may be asked to pay a portion of some fieldtrips.
Your confirmation letter will include a photo copy of your registration form.

On the sign up sheet, please note the theme for each week. Our main field trips will be determined at a later date. You will receive weekly updated itineraries.
